Do not send credentials, tokens, private keys, source archives, or secret values in the initial request.

What you receive

Evidence, not generic advice

A repository-specific scorecard with file, line, and command references.

Prioritized findings

P0/P1/P2 issues with impact, evidence, smallest safe remediation, and verification.

Remediation roadmap

Sequenced actions plus clear unknowns and dependencies.

Automation boundaries

What is safe to automate, what needs human approval, and what should not be automated.

How it works

Request. Send the repository/snapshot type, stack, coding agents, and top workflow problems.
Scope check. We confirm authorization, exclusions, execution mode, remote-AI preference, capacity, and policy.
Private checkout. After scope acceptance, you receive a private $149 checkout link. There is no public checkout link.
Read-only audit. Commands run only with explicit permission and suitable isolation; otherwise they are recorded as NOT_RUN.
Delivery. Target delivery is within 5 business days after cleared payment and complete accepted intake.

We review

  • Repository structure and discoverability
  • Project memory and instruction hierarchy
  • Context quality and contradictions
  • Test, lint, build, and verification paths
  • Tool permissions and secret-exposure risks
  • Branch, review, release, and rollback workflows

Base boundaries

  • No repository writes or pull requests
  • No production deployment or credential access
  • No penetration test or legal certification
  • No bespoke implementation
  • No guarantee of security, productivity, revenue, compatibility, or defect-free software
Static and read-only by default. If safe isolation is unavailable, customer commands are marked NOT_RUN; missing evidence is never relabeled as PASS.
AI/data choice before payment. The accepted scope either names the engagement-specific remote provider(s) permitted to receive minimized non-public excerpts, or records local/static-only handling. See Service Policy v1.1.

Capacity and follow-up

Initial capacity is limited to 2 concurrent accepted audits and 4 accepted audits per rolling 30 days. One clarification round is included within 7 days; confirmed factual errors reported within 14 days are corrected without expanding scope.
